Gregory Ilias Dellas serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Simple Title Closing and Escrow. With over 26 years of sales expertise and more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Gregory has built a reputation for his unwavering energy, integrity, and profound market insights—qualities that have fueled his success in the competitive real estate arena.
A dynamic and proven leader, Gregory consistently develops and guides high-performing sales teams that surpass expectations. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, a sense of urgency, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, equipping him with a strong foundation in business strategy and financial analysis.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Gregory was born in Greece and raised in Worcester. Gregory now resides in Lowell with his wife, Georgia, and their twins, Elias and Maria.
He’s an avid basketball enthusiast. He spends his free time coaching on the AAU circuit, sharing his passion for the game while mentoring young athletes to excel both on and off the court.
