With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Kelly brings deep industry knowledge and a calm, confident presence to every transaction. As Relationship Manager and Closing Agent at Simple Title Closing & Escrow, she works closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and brokers to ensure that each closing is handled with precision, transparency, and care.
Kelly’s legal background gives her a unique advantage in navigating the complexities of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Whether she’s reviewing documents, coordinating with lenders, or walking a first-time homebuyer through the process, her goal is always the same: to protect her clients’ interests and make the experience smooth, informed, and stress-free. As Kelly puts it, “If it’s happened, we’ve seen it—and we know how to handle it.”
A Massachusetts-licensed attorney since 2004, Kelly holds a B.S. from Bridgewater State University and earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is also a notary public in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, and is an active affiliate member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and the York County Council of Realtors.
Outside the Office:
Outside the office, Kelly lives in South Berwick, Maine, with her husband Chris and their daughter Caebre. A lifelong community advocate, she’s served as a Girl Scout leader, substitute teacher, youth sports coach, and even officiated the occasional wedding. When she’s not at the closing table, you’ll likely find her reading, traveling, exploring local wineries, or proudly cheering on her daughter’s volleyball team.
