Meet Maureen: 

Maureen B. Murphy, Esq. is an attorney at Simple Title Closing and Escrow, bringing extensive experience in real estate, land use, and civil litigation and a deep commitment to providing effective, personalized service to every client. 

A resident of Peabody, Massachusetts, Maureen serves on the City’s Local Licensing Board and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Peabody. In addition to her Rotary service, she volunteers with Girls Inc., reflecting her strong dedication to community engagement. 

Maureen earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, concentrating in American Government, Law, and Policy, with a Minor in Pre-Law. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts state courts, Massachusetts District Court, and Rhode Island state courts. Maureen is also a Massachusetts Real Estate Attorney Broker, notary public and Justice of the Peace.
