Meet Patrick: 

Patrick Afthim serves as a Relationship Manager and Closing Agent at Simple Title Closing and Escrow. With more than 10 years’ experience in the title industry, Patrick has built a loyal following and a reputation for his efforts in exceeding expectations to get a closing to the finish line.  Patrick is active in the real estate community having served on the board of both the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and the York County Council of Realtors and was recognized as Affiliate of the Year for both organizations.  Patrick is also a member of the Maine Association of Realtors and the Seacoast Board of Realtors. 

Outside the Office: 

Patrick resides in the West End of Portland and is passionate about non-profit fundraising, currently serving on the board of The Frannie Peabody Center.  In his free time, he enjoys live music, coffee shops and traveling the Provincetown as often as he can.
