Sales Associate — Miami

As we continue to grow into the South Florida market, we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Associate who thrives on prospecting and winning new business. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding our client base of real estate agents, loan officers, developers, and builders, becoming a key driver of our market presence and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
Prospect & Generate New Leads
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and industry engagement.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently move opportunities through the sales cycle.
Build & Strengthen Relationships
- Develop lasting relationships with agents, lenders, and other referral partners.
- Serve as a trusted resource by understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our services.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with our operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experience.
- Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Drive Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed sales goals through persistent outreach and follow-up.
- Play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our brand in the Miami market.
What You Bring
- A proven track record of sales success
- A true hunter mentality — you love prospecting, qualifying, and closing
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills building, and negotiation skills

- Experience in the title or real estate industry is strongly preferred, but not required
