Relationship Manager and Closing Agent — South Portland, Maine

As we continue to grow into the southern Maine market, we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Relationship Manager and Closing Agent who thrives on prospecting and winning new business. In this sales role, you’ll focus on expanding our client base of real estate agents, loan officers, developers, and builders — becoming a key driver of our market presence and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and industry engagement.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently move opportunities through the sales cycle to using Simple Title for their title services.
Build & Strengthen Relationships
- Work closely with our closing, title, and processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Drive Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed sales goals through persistent, documented outreach and follow-up.
- Play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our brand in the southern Maine market.

- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and representing Simple Title with integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally throughout southern Maine
- Working knowledge of the Maine closing process and the southern Maine market (strongly preferred)
- Established relationships in the Maine real estate, lending, or building community (strongly preferred)
- Experience in the title or real estate industry (strongly preferred)

Office: 175 Running Hill Rd, Suite 1C, South Portland, ME
Territory: Greater Portland and southern Maine
Compensation:
Base salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year, plus commission. This is the range Simple Title reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
