Associate Attorney — Woburn, Massachusetts

We’re expanding our Massachusetts Operations and are looking for an experienced, client-focused Associate Attorney. In this role, you’ll review and resolve title issues, negotiate purchase and sale agreements, and represent clients at the closing table. You’ll also play a key role in developing client relationships and growing our business across Massachusetts.
What You’ll Do:
Handle Title & Legal Work
- Review and address title issues, applying strong knowledge of title examination procedures and title insurance.
- Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions and title insurance policies.
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal guidance and support to clients and colleagues on title issues.
Run the Closing Table
- Conduct closing transactions and provide representation at the closing table.
- Act as an escrow agent for real estate transactions.
Build & Strengthen Relationships
- Develop relationships with current clients.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Promote our products and services in a way that addresses client objectives.
Drive Business Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and trends affecting title services and real estate transactions.
What You Bring
- Juris Doctor degree and member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
- Strong knowledge of title examination procedures and title insurance
- A current client base and/or a strong desire to build one with guidance from senior management
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and representing Simple Title with integrity and professionalism
- All experience levels considered

Schedule: Full-time, in person, 8-hour shift
Compensation:
Base salary range: $75,000.00-$100,000.00
This is the range Simple Title reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
