Meet Tia: 

Tia Chambers joins Simple Title as a Relationship Manager and Closing Agent, bringing six years of experience in real estate and a genuine passion for building relationships, helping people navigate the process, and making real estate transactions as seamless as possible. 

As an active real estate licensee and experienced agent, Tia brings a unique perspective to the title industry. Having worked with buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers, she understands the moving pieces behind a transaction and the importance of communication, attention to detail, and having a trusted team in your corner from contract to closing. 

Her experience extends beyond traditional residential real estate. Tia has been involved in land transactions, new construction, subdivision development, and high-value custom home projects, collaborating with builders, contractors, designers, and other professionals throughout the process. These experiences have given her a broader understanding of the real estate industry and the many details that come together to bring a transaction from concept to completion. 

At Simple Title, Tia looks forward to building strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and industry partners throughout Maine while helping create a positive, efficient, and reliable closing experience for every client. 

Known for her approachable personality, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to her clients, Tia believes that real estate is about more than transactions — it’s about people, trust, and the relationships that make great things happen. 

Outside of work, Tia enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring Maine’s food scene, traveling, and staying active. She is excited to bring her industry knowledge, energy, and relationship-first approach to the Simple Title team.
