This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of a transaction — from reviewing documents to conducting closings to supporting post-closing needs. You’ll report directly to our Senior Vice President of Business Development and work closely with the Title, Processing, and Post Closing teams. What You’ll Do
- Review, verify, and prepare all documentation needed for accurate, efficient closings
- Conduct in office and local closings while delivering a professional, positive customer experience office and local closings while delivering a professional, positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, closing packages, and transaction flow
- Support the SVP of Business Development in resolving escalated title or closing issues
- Serve as the go-to contact for all post-closing inquiries, including document requests, payment questions, and tax matters to contact for post-closing inquiries, including document requests, payment questions, and tax matters
- Spot trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvements to help strengthen our operation
What You Bring
- A customer-focused mindset and a friendly, professional approach focused mindset and a friendly, professional approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple files
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Qualia is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience conducting closings or working in the title/real estate field
- A solid understanding of the closing process in the State of Maine
