Simple Title Closing & Escrow is a dynamic, expanding real estate closing company offering comprehensive services including purchase & sale reviews, title searches, escrow services, and title insurance. As we grow into new markets, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, deepen customer engagement, and support strategic marketing initiatives across the company.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing marketing team where your contributions will have real visibility and impact. You’ll work across a wide variety of marketing channels — digital, print, events, email, and web — and have a direct hand in shaping how we communicate with clients, partners, and prospects.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Development teams to drive order volume through improved brand awareness, quality content, referral partner engagement, and stronger digital presence. This is the perfect role for someone who wants variety, ownership, and the chance to build in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote services, events, and new market initiatives
- Create compelling content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, presentations, and promotional materials
- Partner with Sales & Business Development to support lead generation, referral partner engagement, and market expansion
- Strengthen our digital presence through website updates, SEO optimization, social media planning, and online review management
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Coordinate marketing for educational events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with marketing tools, CRM selection, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, title, or a professional services environment
- Ability to independently execute marketing tasks using platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and social media tools
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation is a plus
- Strong project management skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fastmoving environment
- Excellent writing, communication, and content creation abilities
