About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Residential & Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Danvers office. In this role, you’ll help manage files from opening through closing, ensuring each transaction is accurate, organized, and on track. You’ll work alongside Senior Attorneys and our Operations team in a collaborative environment that values both autonomy and strong team support.

This is a full-time, in-office role reporting directly to the Director of Operations. 

What You’ll Do

  • Review title commitments to verify required information and ensure accuracy 
  • Gather financial and transaction details needed to move files efficiently toward closing 
  • Coordinate with outside attorneys on documentation and closing requirements 
  • Review purchase & sale agreements and addendums to ensure consistency with closing disclosures 
  • Verify payoffs, taxes, and insurance details, including proper interest dates 
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to prepare final closing statements 
  • Provide closing figures and address questions to facilitate smooth transactions 
  • Prepare closing documents, checks, and financial materials 
  • Schedule closings and oversee timeline coordination with all parties involved 
  • Prepare and send closing packages, including mailed documents when needed 
  • Confirm wire instructions via secure phone verification 

What You Bring

  • A customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude service mindset with a positive, professional attitude 
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions or title services 
  • Experience with Qualia is a strong plus
