Meet Ashley: 

With over 13 years of title insurance experience, Ashley brings a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge to the closing table and to the office. After a successful career at First American and Old Republic growing market share, teaching continuing education courses, and providing leadership and training to fellow coworkers and title agents, Ashley transitioned to working as an independent contract closer for area title agents. By joining Simple Title, Ashley is excited to continue to build strong relationships, lasting partnerships, and collaborate with the team to make the closing process as smooth and “simple” as possible for all parties. 

Throughout Ashley’s tenure in the real estate & mortgage industry, advocacy has been a constant theme. In addition to professional achievements, Ashley has been an active member of the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals since 2013, serving on the board of directors and volunteering as Secretary and Treasurer. Ashley frequently steps up to present, moderate panels, and facilitate events, always striving to ensure the industry is well represented. She has also been an active member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, assisting with the Young Professionals Network committee and the Habitat for Humanity event committee. 

Outside the Office: 

Ashley is a bit of a “jack of all trades.” When not advocating in the real estate community, Ashley can be found officiating and assisting weddings, bartending, working as an Xray tech, or making gift baskets for her latest side business. She also enjoys making the most of the summer by being on or near the water, kayaking, spending time with family & friends, and hanging out with her pup, Mocha.
