Meet Connie: 

Connie Minervino brings 38 years of experience in the title industry, including 29 years with the company. Known for her expertise and compassionate approach, Connie is recognized for guiding clients through closings with clarity, professionalism, and care. She is highly customer focused and known for solving complex issues to ensure smooth transactions. 

Connie is an active member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, where she served two terms on the board and was honored as Affiliate of the Year. She also serves on the board of the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals and is currently in her third term. A dedicated community member, Connie has served on the board of Saco Bay Rotary and chaired its Charitable Giving Committee. 

Outside the Office: 

She proudly supports causes including The ALS Association, Camp Sunshine, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. When she is not at the closing table, Connie enjoys boating and spending summers at Sebago Lake with family.
