Meet Kevin: 

With over 30 years of serving communities, along with over 10 years in the industry, Kevin brings a comprehensive knowledge base and exceptional energy confident presence to every transaction. As Title Sales Representative at Simple Title Closing & Escrow, he works closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and brokers to ensure that each closing is handled with precision, transparency, and care.  

Kevin’s entrepreneurial background gives him a unique advantage in acquiring new business partners for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Whether he’s leading a Continuing Education course, assisting new agents with their growth strategy, networking at national conferences, or coordinating with lending institutions, his goal is always the same: to provide his partners’ clients exceptional service that exceeds their standards, improves their reputation, and guarantees their future business. As Kevin often explains, “Real estate transactions don’t have to be complicated to complete. When clarity, trust, and precision lead the process, everyone leaves the closing table with confidence.”  

A former agent and real estate investor since 2006, Kevin holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. From Northeastern State University. As an ordained minister, he has served on a number of Executive Committees and Advisory Boards assisting with expansion and real estate planning. Most recently, as part of the Grant Park Christian School project, a partnership with the Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners and FAMA, the $2.3M award resourced a private school serving students in the lowest income, highest crime area of Tampa Bay with a new facility and tutoring programs for over 300 students. 

Outside the Office: 

Outside the office, Kevin lives in Carrollwood in Central Tampa, FL, with his wife Brandi and their children, Eden, Emma, Isaac, Corban, Canaan, Eve and Esther. A lifelong community advocate, he’s served as a public speaker, studio musician, coach, substitute, tutor, and wedding and funeral officiant. When he’s not at the closing table, you’ll likely find him on the links or on an adventure with the kids.
