Meet Trevor: 

Trevor Getek is an attorney at Simple Title who focuses his practice on residential real estate transactions. He assists clients through every stage of the closing process, from initial contract review to final signing. 

Before joining Simple Title, Trevor served as Assistant Counsel for a Massachusetts-based real estate investment firm, where he gained hands-on experience in property acquisition, financing, and transactional due diligence. He brings this business-minded background into his work with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. 

Trevor earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Fairfield University. 

Outside the Office: 

Trevor is an avid sports fan—rooting proudly for the New York Giants, Rangers, and Yankees—and enjoys working out and spending time with his girlfriend and their dog.
